While perhaps not a traditionally recognized area of practice, “hunting law” is a phrase adopted by Greg to describe the blending of his passion for the outdoors with his law practice. As an avid hunter, shooting sports enthusiast, and supporter of the 2nd Amendment, Greg enjoys assisting clients with a broad range of services to enhance and support these time honored traditions such as: 

• Creation of Gun Trusts to Allow for the Lawful Ownership of Suppressors and Class 3 Firearms
• Formation of hunting camps including LLCs, Leases, and Rules and Regulations

• Enrollment of Timberlands in Conservation Reserve Program
• Creation of Conservation Easements
• Negotiation of the Sale, Purchase, and Lease of Hunting and Recreational Properties
